Miu Miu posts its first quarterly sales decline since the pandemic

Prada Group's October 22 release puts Miu Miu retail sales down 3% in Q3, its first quarterly decline since the pandemic, with group revenue up 4% organic.

The board of Prada S.p.A. approved nine-month results on October 22, and the group release puts net revenues at 4,541 million euro, up 15% reported and 4% organic, with retail sales at 3,934 million euro and the third quarter stable on an organic basis. The quarter's headline sits with the smaller brand. Miu Miu retail sales fell 3%, its first quarterly decline since the pandemic per Reuters, against a 29% comparison base from Q3 2025. The release attributes the dip to tough comparisons and an unfavourable regional mix, and calls Miu Miu's quarter broadly stable excluding the Middle East.

Chief executive Andrea Guerra told analysts the brand has multiplied its revenue almost five times in five years of constant growth, and said it now needs "time to digest, to normalize and restart again," per WWD.

The lane is still deep on the index. Miu Miu returns 603 listings on Elusive, led by nappa matelassé bags like a cardholder at 430 euro and a small Wander at 2,300 euro, next to 839 for Prada. Five years of growth stocked the index; the first down quarter arrived this week.
